For "US, Canada Models: FZ-N1EB*ZZDM" of FZ-N1E Series (Updates from Android™ 8.1 to 9), it is confirmed that the OS version-up firmware update is failed from 2020/7/29 to 2020/9/19.
The issue has resolved at 2020/9/20, and the OS version-up firmware was updated.
